Stage 2 Covid-19 lockdown restrictions came into force on Wednesday night. Our thoughts go out to all who have found themselves stood down, out of work, unwell, or separated from family and support by these strict measures which will hopefully bring this crisis to a speedier conclusion.
We would like to assure our clients that we are still open and still working hard to achieve the best results for your property. We are not changing what we do, but changing the way we do things. For the time being that means we will not be conducting auctions or open houses. We will still conduct private inspections with the appropriate social distancing measures in place and will be relying more heavily on technology to showcase our properties for sale and rent.
Despite the unprecedented circumstances we all find ourselves in, we have had an extremely busy week listing property with some ideal investment and first home opportunities coming onto the market, which is a good sign for the Geelong market.
