We are members of the Property Profile Group, a collective of top agents spread throughout both regional Victoria and Metropolitan Melbourne. Membership in the PPG gives us a unique insight into the best practice of some of Victoria’s most successful agencies, through regular meetings where ideas are shared and new initiatives discussed.
Membership also provides our sales team with valuable ongoing regular training. About once a month our team will meet here in the early hours of the morning for the trip to Melbourne to hear experts in all relevant fields – sales, marketing, digital technology – share their knowledge and experiences. Real estate is always evolving and continuous training and professional development is vital to keep us at the cutting edge.
Finally, membership provides us with a unique referral network to assist our clients in relocating to other parts of Victoria or who relocate here. This is just another way we strive to provide a value added service to ensure their real estate experience is a successful and happy one.
