We are almost at the half way mark of the year and after another stint of home schooling it’s school holidays again. The 21st June marks the shortest day of the year so gradually the days will lengthen as winter marches on.
We have been advised by the Real Estate Institute of Victoria that we are unable to run open houses along traditional lines. We can advise a time that the agent will be on site and available for inspections but prior booking is necessary. So if you would like to attend one of our open houses please make contact with the agent and book your spot.
In positive news, the 25km travel limit for Melburnians has lifted, so we welcome back Melbourne buyers to our Geelong market. With the influx into regional Victoria from the city, this is welcome news for our vendors and landlords.
