The Buyers Are Out There

The last few weeks have seen a rush on land as people seek to capitalise on the raft of government incentives on offer. Our dedicated land sales agent has been very busy. But so too have the rest of our sales team, as general sales activity has gone up a notch
during June and into July. We have negotiated sales across all suburbs of Geelong from Leopold to Winchelsea and Armstrong Creek and all the suburbs in between.

Properties priced between $400,000 and $750,000 comprise the bulk of our sales, as first home buyers seize a foothold in the market, downsizers look for townhouses and units and families re-locate to another suburb or a larger home.

Attendances at open houses have been greater than at the same time this year, as buyers seek the security of their next family home.

In these uncertain times, property is, and will remain, a solid, dependable investment in your financial future and as we negotiate our way through 2020, the Geelong market will continue to set records in sales and growth.

Until next week,
Nick Lord (Director)
