It’s hard to believe that we have already reached the last round of the AFL home and away season. Winter will be behind us in a couple of weeks and we are looking ahead to the spring selling season.
Our sales results last week show a positive outlook going forward, with most properties selling within the quoted selling range. Properties that have been on the market for longer than previously are now starting to sell, as the market moves up a gear.
We have some exciting properties in Newcomb, Newtown and Geelong West scheduled for spring auctions and we expect to see plenty of buyers out and about as the cold weather eases and gardens start to bloom.
