We are finally in the last month of winter and spring is just around the corner. There is a definitive ramping up of activity for our sales team as sellers prepare to list their homes for a spring campaign.
We have already scheduled auctions for homes in Thomson, Geelong and Newtown and look forward to launching the marketing for these over the next few weeks as the cold weather abates and gardens start to bloom.
We anticipate that buyer demand will remain strong and create good competition at our auctions.
