We are seeing unprecedented levels of demand for homes and land throughout Geelong and surrounds, so much so that the our land sales this week mark the end of our land release at Sea Breeze in Indented Head (and for the time being Bay Breeze estate in St Leonards). Our newest estate Yaringa in Armstrong Creek sold out the first 3 stages in super quick time and we are eagerly awaiting the release of Stage 4, as are many potential buyers who have expressed their interest.
In terms of existing homes and units, the agents are reportedly being smashed with buyer enquiry and attendances through open homes. Most of our auctions are exceeding their reserves significantly and in the case of some private sales, we have had to call for a “Best and Final Offer” system to manage the multiple offers being received.
