The unprecedented demand for land has seen us sell out some of our long running estates – Highton Ridge, Wandana Rise, Sea Breeze and Phalaris Park being the most recently completed.
But in good news for land buyers we are very close to the release of the next stage of Yaringa Estate in Armstrong Creek (anticipated early July), the last 2 stages of Bay Breeze estate in St Leonards (within the next week) and the next stage at Ashbury estate (around mid July). Make sure you register your interest as these blocks won’t last long (the 6 blocks comprising Stage 20E at Ashbury sold out on Monday, the day they were released).
In the meantime we have 2 blocks for private sale in St Leonards (see pages 17 and 18) and a 1.36 hectare block in Lara with views across to the You Yangs and offering many lifestyle options.
