As Geelong reaches its highest temperature this spring (34 degrees) we inevitably think of the approaching summer and how the Christmas holidays might pan out this year. After an incredibly challenging 2020 the prospect of escaping to the coast for a week or two is almost irresistible to so many of us who have been essentially confined to our homes for the better part of 6 cold months.
We are spoilt for choice in this part of the world. We have the spectacular Surf Coast, the Bellarine Peninsula, and even the Mornington Peninsula, just a quick ferry ride away. Ïn a post Covid normal where so many will continue to work from home, or want to escape from the city on a more permanent basis, a move to the coast is an inviting prospect.
If your 2021 plans may involve a sea change we have some fabulous land on the Bellarine Peninsula, with new releases in the seaside hamlet of St Leonards (Bay Breeze estate) and the unspoiled Indented Head (Sea Breeze estate). These new lots are selling fast particularly now that Melbourne buyers can freely travel into regional Victoria).
Have a great weekend and enjoy all our region has to offer.
Until next week,
Nick Lord (Director)
