As school resumes and life returns to some semblance of (new) normal we are starting to see more properties come onto the market. Our agents have been very busy over the past fortnight providing market estimates, signing up new clients and filling our auction schedule
for March and April.

With such strong demand currently, having the inside running can be an advantage to a buyer to be able to inspect, compare, and research before the rest of the buying public is alerted that the property is on the market.
