As Victoria’s lockdown heads into its second week, we have rescheduled our auctions to allow plenty of time for buyers to be able to inspect and do their due diligence. The new dates are on the listings on the major portals and on our website www.maxwellcollins.com.au.
Once again there will be no weekend opens but we hope to be able to conduct private inspections when restrictions ease.
We are lucky that the real estate industry has shown so much resilience during these uncertain times and we have been able to continue to operate throughout. Our thoughts go out to all those doing it tough at the moment. As we march towards spring and some warmer weather, let’s hope this will be the turning point and we regain some semblance of normal on a more permanent basis.
