Easter will be very different for most of us this year, with travel plans, camping, outings and any sort of social interaction off the agenda.
It’s a challenging time but it also has the potential to be memorable, as those locked down together find new and engaging ways to make life enjoyable in isolation.
Amidst all the doom and gloom it’s great to see the humour and creativity that flood our daily social feeds and the new and innovative ways people have found to stay connected in these surreal circumstances. We are doing the same here and are encouraged by the level of activity in the market as we tick into the second week of April.
We have some exciting new land releases in Highton, Lovely Banks and St Leonards which are keeping our land specialist busy and have sold several homes and units this past week which shows that genuine buyers are still active in the market.
On a final note – with no new Covid cases reported in the Geelong region over the past two days, it’s clear that we are all playing our part to beat this thing.
Stay safe and enjoy your Easter break.
Until next week,
Nick Lord (Director)
