Daylight savings kicks in this weekend, finally signalling the start of the warmer months to come. The days will seem lighter for longer and our sales team can start opening homes for private inspection in the early evening on weekdays to assist buyers with work commitments who are unable to inspect during the day or at designated times on the weekend.
We are still unable to advertise or conduct traditional opens but what our team has found works best is to designate a time frame for each property and then conduct one on one inspections back to back, to enable as many prospective buyers to get through with the least disruption to our owners.
At this stage we are still confined to regional Victorian buyers but there are ways for interested parties from metro Melbourne or interstate to buy with confidence and we welcome all enquiry. Recent media reports indicate an unprecedented numbers of sales being concluded sight unseen and we are lucky that modern technology can assist us with various platforms to assist buyers who can’t inspect a property physically.
