Our sales team will be very busy over the next few days with 5 auctions scheduled, the first of which will be a commercial premises at 10 & 10A Ormond Road, East Geelong today at 12 noon.
Saturday will kick off with the first of two bluestone churches – 33 Cross Street, Batesford at 10.30am, with the other church at 1985 Ballan Road, Anakie going under the hammer at 1.00pm. We expect huge interest in these unique offerings and look forward to spirited
bidding at both.
In the meantime, 2 fantastic homes in the northern suburbs will be auctioned – 2 Hammersley Road, Bell Park at 11.30am and 31 Willana Avenue, Hamlyn Heights at 2.00pm. These appealing brick veneer homes provide immense scope for renovation or great investment potential in proven growth areas.
The team will have a well earned rest the following weekend, with our office being closed over Easter for the usual 4 days, encompassing Good Friday through to Easter Monday.
