We are still busy and active in the market, with our sales team working outside of an office environment and adhering to the strict guidelines put in place by federal and state governments during this unprecedented Covid-19 situation. In practical terms this involves conducting private inspections with one person at a time and with only one occupant in the house, maintaining safe distance and ensuring that safe hygiene practices are strictly enforced.
Our team has been busy with technology, creating walk through videos for our sale properties, which can be provided on request to any prospective purchaser. Whilst these video can’t be compared to a physical inspection, we expect they will assist buyers in defining their choices.
Our team is maintaining close contact through online meetings and communication apps and they continue to hold a very positive outlook for the market. It’s very heartening to see how quickly we can change and adapt to suit these everchanging conditions and to make the best of the extensive tools available in this modern world.
