A Return to Opens

In another boost for Victoria’s real estate industry, there has been an easing of the restrictions around open houses, meaning we can conduct them pretty much as normal.  This means the buyer will not have to book ahead to secure a time and may just turn up at the advertised time. There will still be some measures in place including the taking of names and contact details and the use of hand sanitiser will be encouraged.

This is great news for all parties. Buyers can attend on the spur of the moment and potentially can attend more opens on any given day; the agent does not need to stagger appointment times with private parties inspecting one after the other, and any disruption
to the vendor can be kept to the designated open time.

If you are in the market for your next new home, we hope to see you at one of our opens this weekend!

Until next week,
Nick Lord
Director.
