We have had a very busy couple of weeks during spring with several new land releases hitting the market, one of which is almost sold out after one week and the other more than half sold.
In addition we’ve had some great results with homes selling right across the region including two in Waurn Ponds, two brand new units and a home in Grovedale, two homes in Geelong West, one in Armstrong Creek, one in Bell Park and two homes and one unit in Highton.
We are being inundated with enquiry for two quality homes which have just come onto the market for auction (Molesworth Drive, Highton and Albert Terrace, Belmont) and we expect bidding on the day to be fierce for both. We are still capped at 10 attendees for auctions,

With the kids back at school now and hopefully the weather improving from these last few cold wet days, we are confident things will return to some semblance of normal for everyone soon.
