Prepare your property
  1. Ensure the house is clean and garden areas are neat and tidy.
  2. Ensure all appliances incl powerpoints are in good working order and smoke detectors are installed and working.
  3. All windows and doors should shut & lock properly.
  4. Carpets are professionally steam cleaned as tenants are required to do the same upon vacation.
  5. All council bins are to be at the property.
  6. We suggest you maintain adequate insurance for the building, contents and public liability.
  7. Curtain rods and blinds must be fixed securely to walls and in working order and clean.


 

  1. If you have any instruction manuals for appliances a copy of these are best left at the property for tenants referral.
  2. Structural supports of verandah’s and stairs should be checked to ensure they are safe.
  3. Remove any basketball hoops that are attached to any part of the building.
  4. Ensure that the appropriate fencing is around outdoor pools/spas.
  5. Provide your agent with 2 sets of keys for your property.
